Learn how to write a review.

Writing a good review in a way that is helpful for business an customers, while being honest, respectful and insightful is an art. Our guide describes step by step, how to write a review, what to include and what to leave out.

  • Add information and be insightful
We recommend users be specific and describe what other people can experience or expect from the location.

Negative reviews don’t have to be rude reviews. Provide constructive feedback so businesses can act on it. Share the information in a way that’s helpful to the business so they can implement any necessary changes.

    Provide authenticity
Talk about your experience(s) vs. those of others. Think about what you liked or what you think can be improved and share information about that.

Don’t share personal or professional information
Avoid including phone numbers and don’t write reviews about places you used to work for.

Enormous playground! The are lots of different zones to enter the park and enter the park. There are signs dictating the width and range range of each zone for various accessibility vehicles. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Chicago. I asked the help desk before entering the park, which is right at the entrance B for a map and they provided me with some accessibility kits. They also have extra ramps set up at various intersections."

Iffy service and experience. Sometimes, it's fine and some lines, like purple and brown line support braille as well as regular announcements. Other times, voice over schedules will show a train or bus approaching but nothing shows up. Depending on what route or train you take may provide you a pleasant or very unpleasant ride. People on the trains will generally help but definitely not a reliant source, Red Line is a nightmare. Would suggest not relying on it at night unless you're ready to throw down.

The only problem I have about this Supermarket is the Deli which the food is great but the service is very slow when busy! People order more than 3 items. They need more people at the Deli counter to speed things up. I have been to other Supermarkets and the service is far better! I will continue to go to this store because the staff is still very kind, there desks were overall at the lower height, the shelfs weren't very high!

Called store for over an hour to check if they had ramps. Nobody was able to answer the question and the information was not on their website either. Was told to call in the morning.  Once I did that, they instantly  tell me no! I explained  the situation and still no. Never once did they ask what I wanted. They were rude and constantly  hung up when asked for a supervisor. Nobody wanted to help me after speaking to the supervisor. Very disappointed! I finally convinced  the manager to help. Never going back!
